Delivery & Timeframe
Please be patient, we are not Amazon. When we receive your order, we manufacture to your order, as we do not normally stock all sizes.
We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days, however clothing items can sometimes take longer as we may have to manufacture your order. As soon as you order, you will receive email updates with the status of your order.
These come in three stages.
- Order Received
- Order Processing (We are collecting your items together and packaging it up)
- Order Shipped (We have send your order via your chosen method you have selected at checkout)
By agreeing to our terms and conditions on our website before purchase, you do not hold “The Patriot Store” responsible for any loss of product(s) during transit via a non-recorded delivery service.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy is very simple, if your unhappy with your product, please send your product and a note of your details.
Once we have recieved your product, we will refund the purchase price, less p&p.
